MDB’s Corporate Access engine is designed to give investors a glimpse into the trends, sectors and companies that will be tomorrow’s technology leaders. Beyond raising capital or writing research, we intend to build relationships that move beyond any one transaction or function. Long after a financing or initiation of research coverage, our team works to keep companies in front of the investment community by conducting investor meetings, one-on-one road shows and internet conferences.

Our non-deal road shows visit major U.S. cites with management teams with some of the markets most innovative micro-cap companies. We are diligent in introducing our partners to targeted, seasoned investors drawn from a pool of over 500 institutional investment firms, hedge funds and micro-cap specialists.

The goal of MDB’s Corporate Access is to:

  • Help Inform investment community about a company’s prospects
  • Create recognition on Wall Street to IP position and importance
  • Help create liquidity and broaden trading volumes
  • Expose management to potential partners and investors
