MDB Capital Completes $15 Million Secondary Offering For UniPixel, Inc. (UNXLD)

Uni-Pixel, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNXLD) has announced this morning the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at $5.00 per share totaling $15 million dollars. The offering of the shares was made pursuant to a registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. MDB Capital Group LLC acted as the sole manager of the offering.
