Since 1997, MDB has been enabling big ideas from inventors, entrepreneurs, and universities to get to market through a unique members-only Public Venture Capital model. Our process involves evaluating all ideas against a set of criteria that we believe maximize the probability for an earlystage technology to create and sustain a meaningful valuation in the public markets. The first step in this process involves gauging the uniqueness of an invention by comparing patent claims to others in their space.
