Commission Schedule

Public Ventures, LLC Equity and Options Trading Commission Schedule

Public Ventures’ clients can submit trade orders to our equity trader or enter trade orders online to trade themselves. The commission rates differ for each way a trade is handled.

For trades handled by the Equity Trader:
Liquidation of stock acquired in an offering by Public Ventures
$0.05 – $0.10 per share, $50 minimum ticket fee

Additional clearing fees are passed through to the client for trades that are handled by the Equity Trader.

For Client-Entered Trade Orders:
Liquidation of stock acquired in an offering by Public Ventures
$0.05 – $0.10 per share, $25 minimum ticket fee

Non-Deal Stock
$0.025 per share, $25 minimum ticket fee
Clearing fees are included in the applicable commission rate.

Options trading rate for all accounts
$1.00 per contract, $10 minimum ticket fee
Additional clearing fees may be passed through to the client.
